SC Series Copper Tube Terminals (Non-insulated, Crimp Type) are heavy-duty cable lugs used to terminate copper power cables and connect them to busbars, distribution equipment, transformers, PDUs, battery systems, switchgear, etc.

They are typically:

Body material: high-conductivity copper (often referenced as T2 / ETP copper)

Surface finish: bright electro-tin plated for anti-oxidation / corrosion resistance

Features: chamfered barrel entry (bell-mouth) + inspection hole for visual confirmation of conductor seating before crimping; fully annealed to reduce cracking during compression

How the model number works

Typical naming convention:

SC = Copper tube terminal (single palm, round stud hole)

SC35-10 means: for 35 mm² conductor, stud hole fits M10 bolt (hole Ø ≈ 10.5 mm)

Other common stud options: M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 / M10 / M12 / M16… depending on size

Model format: SC[Conductor_mm²]–[Stud_M]
